Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@nataliarenee.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your region. A completed Return Merchandise Form must also be included with your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

We do, however, offer free size exchanges on selected products. Contact us at support@nataliarenee.com if you need to request a size exchange. Product, color, or variant exchanges must be processed by returning the original item and placing a new order.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

We accept cancellation requests within 30 minutes of purchase. If your order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once it arrives. Return shipping costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.

Order modification requests (e.g., changes to shipping address, size, or variant) are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Customers should contact us immediately upon noticing any errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@nataliarenee.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees

  • Shipping protection insurance

  • Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Voluntary tips provided at checkout

One-Time Replacement Policy

If a one-time replacement is offered to resolve an issue, it applies only once per order. Subsequent replacements or returns will not be available for the same order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance protects packages against loss, damage, or theft while in transit with the courier. Coverage begins when the package is handed to the courier and ends when it is marked as delivered by the courier’s tracking system.

Incidents occurring after delivery confirmation, including theft or damage at the delivery location, are not covered under this policy.
